This is our Creamed Blueberry Honey. The nectar to make this honey has been carefully gathered by our hard working bees from the blueberries in the Pitt Meadows Area.

Creaming Honey a process created at Guelph University to preserve unpasteurized honey for long trips by forcing its crystallization. Makes a terrific breakfast honey because of its “creamy” consistency that’s perfect to spread on toast!
