Honey Sticks- fireweed

These sticks are filled with our fabulous Fireweed Honey

The nectar to make this honey has been carefully gathered by our hard working bees from a heavy fireweed crop in the beautiful Pemberton Valley. Our beehives were placed in the Meager Creek hot springs area far away from pollution and civilization. We managed to collect an abundant crop of nectar from this amazing plant which gives us the opportunity to share this amazing honey with our community and friends! 

Fireweed honey can be considered the champagne of mono floral honey. It is well know for its medicinal use and anti inflammatory properties. Read up and enjoy!
